GUARANT International (further referred to also as the Congress Secretariat) has been appointed the official hotel accommodation agent and will gladly handle all related arrangements.
WARNING
GUARANT International strongly advises all not to work with any unauthorized vendors/companies who may offer you hotel reservation services by phone/e-mail with “discounted congress prices or special conditions” and try to obtain your personal data including credit card details.
In case you are contacted by any unknown vendors / companies by phone or emails, we urge all attendees not to sign anything or enter into any conversation with them or reply to any e-mails.

When to book a hotel?
Reservations will be processed on a “first come, first-served” basis. Please book it as soon as possible, hotels may be easily sold out. Rooms are limited.
